Active Games and Sports

Episode #20:  Explore how children can learn maths through active games and sports.

Playing active games and sports involves lots of mathematics and opportunities for children’s learning. Children can compare and describe the distance they throw, hit or kick a ball, or how far they run or jump. They can predict and check the number of times a player will bounce a ball, or how many targets they will hit.
